Antek Dental Lab has been dedicated to serving dentists since 1978. Our local dentists enjoy premium personalized service, and our national dentists are happy with our dependable, consistent service. We are staffed by highly-skilled, knowledgeable and creative technicians who have been with us for many years. Our office and customer service staff is efficient, friendly and dedicated to ensuring that the delivery flow runs smoothly and efficiently.


CONSISTENCY

Since John Slegel opened the doors of Antek Dental Lab in 1978, he has been committed to giving the dentists he works for exemplary service and technical assistance. John immediately hired Bryan Feik as manager of the Metal Department. Nancy Young was hired in 1983, and through training and skill, she was promoted to manager of the Porcelain Department. Thirty years after opening, John, Bryan and Nancy continue to ensure that Antek offers the best service, quality and solutions available. Antek has established relationships with our dentists that have endured over time in spite of continuous changes in technology and the market.

TECHNICAL SKILL

Our technicians maintain the highest level of technical skill and knowledge. Our senior technicians work closely with the technicians in their departments to continually develop the skill level of every technician in the lab. We keep up with new developments, materials and procedures through continuing education, training programs and literature. Our staff is extremely conscientious about quality control. We make sure that every case that goes out the door is of the finest quality and has been checked and re-checked.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is the key to a successful dentist/lab working relationship. We are always available to discuss cases with our doctors. If we have questions when we receive and review the case, we contact the doctor immediately. We are happy to discuss any case with the dentist at any stage of production. We value feedback and send feedback forms out with every case. Those forms are reviewed by all technicians and entered into a database so that we can track feedback trends. The relationship with the dentist is our most valuable asset and we are dedicated to promoting and preserving it.

SENSIBLE PRICING AND REMAKE POLICY

Since the outset, we have implemented a "No-Nonsense" policy regarding pricing and remakes. We charge you for our product, and that's it. We do not add extra charges for delivery, shipping, adjustments, etc. We feel that it's important for the doctor and staff to know exactly what to expect price-wise, and we simply do not impose hidden charges on our work.

We have a "No-Fault" remake policy. When a case needs to be remade, we remake it without charge. We work with the doctor and staff as a team to ensure that the problems are resolved for the patient. This policy is in effect for five years following the initial delivery of the case. We have been consistent in this policy since we started, and strongly believe in it.
